Common problems and how to recover from them.

| The repository is not in the list at all | Check the workspace switcher, then run a sync. If it is still missing, confirm the GitHub App grant covers it. |
| Access suspended | The GitHub App installation is suspended. Restore access from GitHub, then sync. |
| Disconnected | Reconnect the repository to resume scanning. |
| Archived | Re-add the repository to make it scannable again. |
| Unavailable | The repository is not available for scanning right now. Try again, and sync if it persists. |

| What you see | What to do |

| Starting a scan attached me to an existing one | A scan was already running for that repository. Only one runs at a time. |
| Completed · limited coverage | Treat the scan as incomplete and re-run it. If it recurs on the same repository, contact support. |
| Scan failed safely | Nothing was assessed. Re-run it; if it fails again, contact support. |
| Scan took longer than expected and stopped safely | The run exceeded its time budget. Re-run it. |
| Results require internal review | No result is shown until the review completes. No action is needed from you. |
| Results are still being prepared | The scan finished just ahead of its result. If it does not appear shortly, contact support. |

| Returned to the sign-in page while working | The session could not be renewed. Sign in again. |
| Registration is closed | Accounts are created during onboarding. Ask your contact to arrange access. |
| You are not a member of this organization | Your membership changed. Switch to a workspace you belong to. |
| An application stopped working after a key change | A revoked key cannot be restored. Issue a new key and update the application. |
